1.Project Overview
W3Patterns will deploy and configure one customer-owned Business Reliability System to continuously verify the customer's online quote request workflow. The engagement concludes with validation, documentation, and formal handoff.
2.Scope of Work
- Deploy the Business Reliability System.
- Configure one agreed business workflow.
- Configure website, SSL, and DNS verification where applicable.
- Configure dashboards and alerting.
- Validate workflow operation and notification delivery.
- Deliver documentation and perform customer handoff.
3.Deliverables

4.Customer Responsibilities

- Configure dashboards and alerts.
- Validate the deployment.
- Provide documentation and project handoff.
6.Out of Scope
Application development, software bug fixes, website redesign, ongoing managed operations, and additional workflows not identified in this Statement of Work are excluded unless approved through a revised proposal or change order.
7.Change Management
Changes affecting scope, timeline, or deliverables will be reviewed jointly and documented before implementation.
8.Acceptance Criteria
- System operational.
- Workflow verified.
- Alerts tested.
- Documentation delivered.
- Customer acceptance completed.
9.Project Completion
Following acceptance, operational responsibility transfers to the customer. The customer owns the infrastructure, dashboards, configuration, and historical data.
